Terms & Conditions

Read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Definitions

Cooling-off period: the period during which a consumer may withdraw from a purchase under our change-of-mind policy.
Consumer: a natural person who is not acting in the course of a business.
Business day: a calendar day other than weekends and public holidays.
Durable medium: any tool that enables information to be stored for future reference in an unchanged form (e.g. email).
Distance contract: a contract concluded without the parties meeting in person, using one or more means of distance communication.
General Terms: these Terms & Conditions.

2. Identity

Trading name: Auvoraa
Registered address: provided on request
Contact: info@Auvoraa.com

3. Scope

These General Terms apply to every offer from Auvoraa and to every distance contract concluded between Auvoraa and the consumer.
Before a contract is concluded, the text of these terms is made available in a way that allows you to store and reproduce them.

4. Offers

All offers are non-binding and may be updated or withdrawn. Product descriptions are presented with sufficient detail to allow an informed decision; obvious errors do not bind Auvoraa. Images are indicative and colours may vary by screen settings.
Each offer states the price, delivery method, key rights and obligations, and whether the right to change of mind applies.

5. Contract Formation

A contract is formed when you accept our offer and meet the stated conditions. If you place an order electronically, we will promptly confirm receipt by email. Until we confirm receipt, you may cancel your order.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure electronic data transfer and payments.
Auvoraa may assess whether you can meet payment obligations. If there are reasonable grounds, we may refuse an order or attach special conditions.
With the product or service, we will provide the information needed to exercise your rights, contact us, and access after-sales support.

6. Change-of-Mind Returns (14 Days)

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. During this period, handle the product and packaging with care—only as needed to assess the item. To start a return, notify us by email within 14 days of delivery and send the product back within a further 14 days in original condition (where reasonably possible). Proof of timely dispatch is your responsibility.
If you do not notify us and return within these timeframes, the purchase becomes final.

7. Return Costs & Refunds

Return shipping costs are borne by the consumer. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible and within 14 business days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you provide proof of return.

8. Exclusions from Change-of-Mind

Change-of-mind returns are not available for products:
• made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
• that are not suitable for return for health/hygiene reasons once sealed and unsealed after delivery;
• that by their nature deteriorate quickly;
• where price depends on financial market fluctuations beyond our control;
• newspapers and magazines;
• audio/video/software where the seal is broken.
Services that begin with your express consent before the cooling-off period ends are also excluded.

9. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in AUD and may change. If a validity period is stated for an offer, prices will not be increased during that period except due to changes in tax or regulatory charges.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, prices are shown inclusive of GST where applicable. Import duties, taxes or clearance fees (if any) may be payable by you to the carrier or customs.

10. Conformity & Warranty

Products must match the contract, description and reasonable expectations of quality and usability.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Report defects or incorrect deliveries within 14 days of receipt. Return items should be in original packaging where reasonably possible.
Warranty is void if goods have been repaired or altered by you or a third party, misused, improperly handled, or used contrary to instructions.

11. Delivery & Performance

We take great care in processing and delivering orders. Delivery occurs to the address you provide. Accepted orders are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible and within 30 days unless you agree to a longer timeframe. If delivery is delayed or only part of the order can be fulfilled, we will notify you within 30 days. In that case, you may cancel for a full refund.
If a product is unavailable, we will seek to offer a suitable alternative; you retain your right to return such substitutes. Risk of loss passes on delivery to you or your designated recipient.

12. Ongoing Contracts

Where applicable to subscriptions or recurring deliveries: you may cancel an open-ended contract with up to one month’s notice; fixed-term contracts end on the agreed date and are not renewed without your consent.

13. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed, amounts due must be paid in accordance with the stated method at checkout. You must promptly report any inaccuracies in payment details. In case of non-payment, we may charge reasonable recovery costs as permitted by law.

14. Complaints

Please submit complaints about the performance of the contract within 7 days after you notice the issue. We respond within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint requires longer to process, we will acknowledge receipt within 14 days and provide an estimated timeline. Filing a complaint does not suspend your payment obligations unless we confirm otherwise.

15. Disputes & Governing Law

These terms and all contracts are governed by the laws of Australia. The courts of your state or territory, or another competent Australian court, have jurisdiction.
