Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed on business days within 1–3 days. Orders placed before 11:00 pm are typically dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your parcel has been sent, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery is 7–14 days. In rare cases—such as public holidays or customs delays—delivery may take up to 28 days. You can check the latest status via the tracking link in your dispatch confirmation.

Correct Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If something’s not right, email info@Auvoraa.com as soon as possible so we can update it before dispatch.

Cancellations

Because orders begin processing immediately, we’re unable to cancel after purchase. You can still exercise your change-of-mind return within 14 days of delivery—see our Returns Policy for details.

Parcel Not Received

If your parcel hasn’t arrived, please:
• Allow 24 hours (parcels are sometimes delivered the following day).
• Check your letterbox, a safe place around your property, or with neighbours.
• Check whether it’s been taken to a collection point.

Carrier Investigation for Missing Parcels

If tracking shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive the parcel, we’ll open an official investigation with the carrier. This process can take some time; we appreciate your cooperation while we work to resolve it. We always aim for a fair outcome within our policy.

Not Accepted or Not Collected

Parcels that aren’t accepted or collected may not automatically return to us. In that case, refunds aren’t available.
Want it resent? We’ll offer one complimentary re-shipment; any further re-shipment may incur a small redelivery fee.

Tracking

You can track your parcel at any time using the tracking link in your dispatch email or on our Tracking page with your order number and email address.

Returns & Refunds

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they’re unused and in original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a full refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for step-by-step instructions.

Damaged on Arrival

If something arrives damaged, email info@Auvoraa.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll sort it promptly.
