Returns Policy

Auvoraa offers a 14-day returns window. You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. After this period, we’re unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in the original packaging. A proof of purchase is required. Returns cannot be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns:
• Perishables (e.g. food, flowers, newspapers or magazines)
• Intimate or hygiene products
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
• Gift cards and downloadable software
• Health and personal care items
• Sale or promotional items

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may apply if:
• A book shows obvious signs of use
• Software, CDs, DVDs or other media have been opened
• An item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error
• An item is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method. Processing times vary; your bank or card issuer may take several days to post the funds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they’re defective or damaged. If your item is faulty, contact info@Auvoraa.com and we’ll assist.

Gifts & Returns

If the order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping & Proof

Return shipping costs are at your expense and are non-refundable. Contact info@Auvoraa.com before sending your parcel so we can register your return.
For higher-value items, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance. Without tracking, we can’t guarantee receipt of your return.
