1. When will my order arrive?

You’ll always receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Our products are shipped directly from our fulfilment centre in Yiwu, China.
This allows us to offer unique and innovative items at the best possible prices.

Absolutely. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel at any time.

4. My order hasn’t arrived yet – what should I do?

We’ll look into it right away and make sure it’s resolved as soon as possible.

5. What are the shipping costs?

We offer free shipping on all orders – no hidden fees at checkout.

6. How can I return my order?

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
All returns must be unused and in their original condition.

7. Will I get my money back after returning an item?

Yes. Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process a full refund within 5 business days.

8. What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at info@Auvoraa.com, including clear photos of both the item and its packaging.
We’ll make sure to provide an appropriate solution right away.

9. Do you offer warranty on products?

Yes, all our products come with a minimum 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects.
